Currently pursuing my final year of Visharad.Appeared for Junior Level of Karnataka Board Exam and secured 84%. I intend to do my Masters in Fine Arts in due course of time with a goal to further my career in dancing.
I started learning Bharatanatyam at a tender age of 5 years. I undertook the discipleship of Guru Dr.Chitra Vishwanathan, Director of “The Abhinayaa Institute of Research and Fine Arts’’. She guided and honed my skills, identifying my specialities to enhance my quality dancing. I successfully completed my Arangetram in the year 2006, under the umbrella of “The Abhinayaa Institute of Research and Fine Arts” and was declared as a Diploma Holder in Bharatanatyam.I manage and run the Nallasopara branch opened under Abhinayaa Institute. I am also learning MANIPURI dance form from Guru Sudip Kumar Ghosh.
As a part of the “Arpana troupe”, an affiliate of the Abhinayaa Institute, I have performed at innumerable shows and programmes. I have been actively participating in all the Annual functions organized by the Abhinayaa Institute, where I have displayed Bharatanatyam, Mohiniattam and Kuchipudi performances.
